We can only ship to an address that your credit card issuer has on file. Most card issuers will allow you to add an additional ship to address or you can temporarily change the billing address so we can ship to that address. We will also need the phone number that your credit card issuer has on file in addition to a daytime number for the delivery truck driver if they are different. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.

New Merchandise - Unless otherwise noted, all items offered for sale are new merchandise with full manufacturers warranties. We will assist the customer with any warranty claims to the best of our ability, but any defective new merchandise must be sent to the maker unless otherwise authorized by us for a return to Long Range Supply.
Returns & Exchanges - We do not offer returns or exchanges on new merchandise unless otherwise noted in writing. Please check your order carefully before finalizing it. Once any new items have been shipped to the buyer they cannot be returned for exchange or refund without prior permission unless otherwise noted on the item description or in advance in writing. New item returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or a minimum return fee of $10, whichever is greater, if a return is authorized. Refusal of a shipment or cancellation of a special order item, without prior authorization will place the buyer liable for shipping fees if the item was already shipped to us and/or to the buyer and a 10% or $10 mininum restocking/cancellation fee, whichever is greater, and may be grounds for closing their account and blocking of future purchases from us.
Used Items are sold with a 3 day inspection period - Unless otherwise noted on the item description you will have three days to inspect the item. If it does not meet with your approval you may return it for a refund of the purchase price less any nonrefundable processing fees associated with credit card or PayPal payments. In that we are overly cautious on the description of used items, the shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible for paying the shipping both ways.
Fees - There can be various fees associated with a purchase. Shipping, Credit Card processing charges etc. In the event of a return those fees which are not refunded to us by the various services will be the responsibility of the buyer. In all cases the shipping fees are non refundable unless the Shipper (UPS / FedEx / USPS) has made an error and has authorized the refund.
Shipping Signature Requirements
We will not ship without a signature on any
items over $50. You can sign a signature release on your end but if the package
is lost you will be responsible for that loss. We will not cover lost packages
that were released without a signature by the customer. If you must have it
shipped without a signature required, then you will need to prepay your order
with a check or money order.
Insurance Claims - UPS and FedEx have a very low rate of damaged or lost packages, but, in the unlikely event of a damaged package, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package in order to be allowed any insurance claims. If the box appears damaged, DO NOT OPEN IT. Have the driver watch you open it to inspect for damage if at all possible. If the driver is not there call the shipping company and have them send someone to inspect a damaged package, or take it in to their facility if requested.
If the driver is there when you receive it, notify the
driver immediately of the damage seen, and file a damage claim on the spot or
refuse the shipment if it appears seriously damaged with the specific reason
being that the shipment was damaged. Take photographs of the outside of the box
and the damaged contents if possible and email them to us. The US Post Office
will not process a lost package search until 30 days have passed. UPS and FedEx
will start a trace immediately. Insurance Claims with the US Post Office may take up to NINETY DAYS (Three Months).
*You must give us specific permission to ship items over $300 by US Mail with the understanding that we will not give a refund nor will we ship you additional replacement product out until the lost or damaged claim has been resolved with the Post Office.
*We do NOT recommend shipping any high dollar shipments by US Postal Service due to the excessively long time it takes to cover an insurance claim.
