FedEx / UPS / USPS
Our normal shipper is FedEx Ground. We may on occasion use UPS Ground or US Mail at our option. If you want or don't want, a specific shipper to be used please let us know and we will accommodate you if we can. The weight shown in the shipping information may not reflect the actual weight of the package. That figure is used by the system to calculate the total shipping fee and insurance amounts. In some cases the calculated shipping is not correct. You will be notified of any shipping fee errors before the item ships if that is the case.
Free Shipping
Some items are marked Free or Flat Rate Shipping. The shipping method for Free / Flat Rate Shipping is normally FedEx Ground but may be UPS or USPS at our option. If you prefer some other shipping method, please let us know and we can quote you any additional fees associated with that shipping mode.
NOTICE: We only ship to US addresses. Please do not ask us to ship to a foreign address.
